Which type of litter is suitable?
Our products are specifically crafted to function with clumping clay litter. The use of any alternative litter material may harm the internal components and nullify the warranty.
Why can't I connect the litter box to my smart device?
Ensure that your device is linked to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with the accurate Wi-Fi password. Verify whether the litter box is linked to any other devices.
What if my cat won't use the new litter box?
Tips for alleviating your cat's anxiety:
- Introduce your cat to the advanced litter box by placing it next to their familiar one. This helps them comprehend its function and consider using it as an alternative bathroom spot. Maintaining the litter box in the same location minimizes confusion and maintains a sense of consistency for your cat. Initially, manually clean the automatic litter box for the first few uses.
- Add your cat's scent to the new box. To motivate your cat to use the new automatic litter box, transfer some litter from their old box into the new one
How often should I change my litter?
One per month.

Please check to ensure that your device is in automatic mode by examining the app linked to the litter box on your mobile phone. Verify whether automatic delayed cleaning is configured. Typically, the machine is automatically set to a one-minute delay before cleaning. You can customize the delay cleaning duration according to your preferences.
Do I need to keep my app running for the automatic function to work?
No, you can turn the device into auto mode and it will work automatically even if the app is not running.
